Bought a part thought the front desk guys seemed kind of rude when I asked about getting the headlight surround for the car as well and wouldn’t bother looking it up. Yard guy was nice in helping bring it up. No longer needed the part and after bringing it back a few weeks later I realized they only have a 24 hour return policy. I went to the other location accidentally to return and they seemed to have the same poor customer service there. There’s other yards with friendlier staff and willing to help.

This is the worst place I have ever bought parts from. I purchased a transmission with a 30-day warranty, but it turned out to be defective. I submitted a return request—and I’m now on my third attempt—yet no one has responded to me, and I am unable to exchange the item or get a refund. The customer service is terrible. As soon as they want your money, they work with you as quickly as possible; however, when you need to process a return, it becomes incredibly difficult to get anything done. Horrible place to deal with. Ever since they change owner or manager. Everything has become horrible! They say they test the engine or tranny but my mechanic put them in and they turn out nasty! Last time I had to return an engine like 2 times and that is waste of time & money! They don’t care about customer service. They don’t test the engine or transmission like they used to! They slow Slow Slow… The other location is way better.. This location will take you 2 hours to get Parts.. Or maybe 3 hours….. and every Employee is talking to each other. Loud people…..headache One cashier One Cashier
