This company is highly rated on the BBB website and I now know why. Everyone I met today was professional, personable and did not try to profit off my problem (mysterious hole in the yard near the septic).I knew from my prodding that there was an issue with the lid on the septic tank. One company, without seeing the problem, informed me that I needed a new drainfield and suggested that their company pump the septic in order ro find out for certain. We called them to clean the septic tank. An inspector came by 2 months later and it had not been fully cleaned. We had to call someone else to come and finish their job. DO NOT RECOMMEND
We've had great service from this company. They're friendly, they're honest, and they're thorough. I strongly recommend them for any plumbing or septic tank issue!!
