I asked about there website and they said no and hung up
Came to fix my set (on a Friday)but wasn't able to fix the washer. He took my dryer apart and ensured me he could fix it by ordering the necessary part over the weekend. Tuesday rolls around and he didn't even order the part yet. Sounded like he wasn't organized with his customers and scheduling over the phone. Instead of saying I'm sorry I forgot to order the part, he got upset with me and hung up the phone leaving my dryer torn apart.
Had him here yesterday to fix the refrigerator. Checked this morning and it's still warm. Ice cube trays still water in the freezer. Also Ron added a Universal relay. Not the official GE relay part. So I thought about calling him back today. But doubt I get a refund so $185 out the window. What a scam. Also over the phone first thing he says is cash or check written out to cash. He's probably a fly by night or not reporting his income. So if you like throwing money away he's your guy.
Called him to have my 71 yr old mother's dryer repaired. Did not call like stated to show up and once here did not care to listen to me the customer. Made very unprofessional comments and didn't care to lose customer. Very unprofessional and vulgar would not recommend to anyone. My mother also had past issues with this man making vulgar comments on another call she had.
Knowledgeable guy! Had the parts to get my oven working in no time at all. Thanks!
