I called to leave a message looking for an inspector. When Sam returned my call, I was working and unable to answer the phone. He left an initial voicemail saying “Oh you probably called around and probably found somebody else and now you’re not answering my phone call. I was originally shopping around for different home inspectors. When I spoke with Sam over the phone I knew he was the man I wanted for the job. He was very kind and comprehensive over the phone in explaining what needed to be done for the job. On the day of the home inspection, Sam met my expectations and beyond.
