This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I scheduled an inspection 10 days in advance and I have a signed contract for Sam Flamma Sr, owner of Aardvark Home Inspections to do an inspection. We show up to the house to do the inspection and Sam learns that the owner who is selling the building is a past customer or Sam rented a garage or something from him in the past.
