I recently had a diamond earring fall down the drain in my shower. I tried to retrieve it with a wire hanger hook as Google suggested, but was unsuccessful. It also suggested trying a shop vacuum and suck it out. This happened 3 days into the snow/ice storm, so when I called A-AAnnandale Plumbing I wasn't sure they would be able to fit me in to their schedule. Michael was prompt and detailed. He took the time to figure out how to solve our problem and install the minisplit in the ideal location for our house. The install team did a Great job. As clean and everything is working perfectly.
