One day last week our 85" Samsung TV just turned off and stopped working. I called A-AAA asking what to do because I didn't know how I would even transport this behemoth to a repair shop, Mark said not to worry and that he would be by our house the next day. He showed up on time, expertly diagnosed the issue, gave me a quote and a timeframe when it would be done.
