I and my wife were extremely offended and bothered. HEAR THIS, we went in to check out cowboy hats. We were respectful orderly and caring in handling the merchandise. Several employees asked if we needed help which was good but we did not. The third lady came over, the one with painted eyebrows, she asked if I had cowboy boots, I said no. Great store. Great owners. Local and family owned.
Bought a pair of boots. Two days later they started coming apart. Went back to the store. Couldn’t issue a refund and started saying we’d have to ship them back to Justin and you’d have to get another pair. I’m struggling just to buy boots. I was not wanting to spend over $200 on work boots. I’ve had bad luck with this place and this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. If you want good quality and respect Boot Barn or Cavenders. Please avoid this place.
1st time visiting A&A Western Store, all I can say is there’s no better place to shop for boots or clothing in Louisiana. I was at the door and was offered help in finding exactly what I was looking for. Trevor stayed with me the entire time, he knew exactly how to measure my feet. When he handed me the boots they fit like a glove. I’ve been looking for boots for years, most places say here are the boots and then they leave.
