I and my wife were extremely offended and bothered. HEAR THIS, we went in to check out cowboy hats. We were respectful orderly and caring in handling the merchandise. Several employees asked if we needed help which was good but we did not. The third lady came over, the one with painted eyebrows, she asked if I had cowboy boots, I said no. She said, then what do you want a hat for?. She also asked What I do, and then said I dont need a cowboy hat. She also said or asked, why am I trying on felt hats because its hot out!
