Waited four weeks for a beverage drop sensor cable that was told was in stock. Called back after four weeks, apparently they sent the wrong cable. Was told it would a couple more weeks. Called two weeks later was told by Shannon she couldn't get ahold of wittern for the part. They wouldn't answer her phone or email. I took it upon myself to call wittern directly. Used A&A vending when we needed service on a couple of our vending machines. Their service team is prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful! Highly recommend!
