Very friendly, courteous and easy to work with. Aidan K was great at meeting our needs!!
Our RV was broken into, items were stolen, and our unit was being lived in - as evidenced by the debris, food, cigarette smoke, and poop. Other RV's appeared to be tampered with/broken into at the facility as well.
The offered us a temporarily reduced rate for a five star review right before we discovered our RV had been broken into, items stolen, and it was being lived in. We cannot get in touch with the office because they are closed on the weekend, they don't have an emergency number, and there is no one on site.
Excellent customer service 👍 quick and efficient
The process was quick and very friendly. Had an issue with the units door latch. Called and told the manager and went out immediately and solved it. They are very accommodating. Customer oriented.
