I’m thankful for the GreenKey storage facility on FM 700 in Big Spring, TX because my personal packed possessions and furniture are locked up with cameras located for security reasons throughout the business property. All the employees are very kind and helpful whenever I have any questions. The office manager- Jennifer is so helpful and kind to me and other customers as well. Thank you Green Key in Big Spring, TX Sincerely, a loyal customer since last November 2025.
They are very straight with you. They are also willing to work with you on your rental payments, just keep in contact with them if you need time to catch up a payment. Communication is important, it let's them know you aren't trying to avoid paying your monthly rent, even if you can't pay it on time. I've been using their units for about 3 years now, won't go any where else, my first choice is with them at either one of their Big Spring locations.
