My wife and I had a sewer grinder pump get burnt up due to an electric issue, Chuck came out the day after Christmas , looked at the issue , explained / showed what was going on and jump right into fixing the issue. Chuck called the property builder, the sewage pump manufacturer, multiple part store to fix our issue as fast as possible. He returned phone calls within minutes, and came back and replaced our grinder pump within hours at a more than fair price. Just a little appreciation post for a local family business based in Richmond - A&A Sanitation. I initially scheduled an appointment to empty our septic tank with a different company last week. There were options for other days but we chose Friday (8/29) because it worked best with our schedule. I got a call on Friday, 2 hours before they were supposed to come, saying that they had to cancel. Everyone at A&A Sanitation are wonderful and professional people. I spoke with Chuck, Kim and Charlie and they helped us out with our septic issue big time! Charlie was our service tech and he was so nice and professional. He emptied our 1,000 gallon septic tank and had to dig deep to get to the septic lid in the summer heat.
