Just a little appreciation post for a local family business based in Richmond - A&A Sanitation. I initially scheduled an appointment to empty our septic tank with a different company last week. There were options for other days but we chose Friday (8/29) because it worked best with our schedule. I got a call on Friday, 2 hours before they were supposed to come, saying that they had to cancel. With it being a holiday weekend, I was told I would still be charged the after hours / emergency fee even though they cancelled on us ... read more
Everyone at A&A Sanitation are wonderful and professional people. I spoke with Chuck, Kim and Charlie and they helped us out with our septic issue big time! Charlie was our service tech and he was so nice and professional. He emptied our 1,000 gallon septic tank and had to dig deep to get to the septic lid in the summer heat. I don’t know how he does it and still be in a good mood but he was awesome. He also installed a riser so he wouldn’t have to dig anymore and it would be easier access for them for them next time. A&A Sanitation and Charles are top notch. Charles is a great guy and did an awesome job as well. And…their pricing is the best around. Don’t waste your time contacting anyone else.
