First, they put the wrong color shingles on our roof. Then they removed ALL of the gutters and took them without our knowledge or permission. They refused to return them stating they figured we wanted them gone. We discovered loose, bowed shingles, soft spots and nails that weren’t flush. Still haven’t received notice of completion.

After several bad experiences, and months of waiting for simple things from other companies... I decided to make the switch to this company. I am so glad I did! From the moment I reached out to Crystal Fryer, I had a brand new roof in a week and a half. As in, we picked out the color on Thursday, and we had a new roof finished by Tuesday. With everything going on with this hurricane, it was such a relief to have such a reliable company!
Gordon and Matt really know their stuff. I have had them tell me what kind and how old a roof was and they were right to the year. They have certified roofs for me and my customers when we couldn’t find a permit to close it and they did a wonderful job installing a metal roof on my customers house and we got it under contract right after.
