My parents hired this company to do the master bathroom shower head installation and a kitchen sink replacement. My parents are elderly, and my father is in a wheelchair; the shower was not accessible for him. My parents got the quote, ordered the hardware, and then didn't hear back. When my mother and sister called to inquire, workers came to the house, and the owner ordered the wrong part, so they could not fix the shower, and they did nothing to the sink. Troy & son came to the rescue! He answered the call and fixed the leak in a timely manner. He was honest & kind.
The guy was straight up rude every time I’ve seen him, he didn’t do anything but look at the toilet and charged $175. Would not recommend using this company. Or maybe I’d recommend getting rid of that guy in particular.
