On December 6th,2024, a water pipe in the wall in the living room burst, our Insurance Company assigned, AA Maintenance & Repair to address the leak & damage. The owner Jose & his crew did An outstanding job in A timely manner to put our house back in order. Very happy with the end result and would recommend Jose & his crew for any home maintenance repairs, thank you Jose, Herman and Elizabeth, Palm Bay.

AA Maintenance was my homeowner's insurance claim contractor. The onsite crew was good to work with, both courteous and skilled in their respective trades. Jose assisted us with adjustments needed for our situation and ensured that we were satisfied with the work completed. We are pleased with the final results.

This company did a wonderful job on the rebuild of my two bathrooms, after I had mold abatement done. They were very professional and did quality work, and the owner, Jose', was quick to follow-up on all work as it was being done and completed. I am very thankful that the insurance company recommended this company.

Took money, hard to schedule. Uses non licensed, unqualified people. Most of the work had to be redone, still not right. Some items not code compliant. Does not stand by work.
