BEWARE - non skilled labor causes MAJOR headaches Due to workmanship issues, the tile work had to be removed and re-installed 3 times. As a result additional tile was required to be purchased. Edward and Edgar agreed to pay for the additional tile necessary before tile was purchased by us from supplier. Cost of tile was communicated to Edward and Edgar in advance of purchase.
