I had a home inspection for a house I was buying. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They were very friendly and I thought they knew what they were doing. However, they didn't note anything wrong with the house (except for some damaged siding). When I closed on the home, I discovered the garbage disposal did not work, and had infact leaked so often that the cabinet was rotted and covered up.
I don't know how good their inspection services are, but after they came through to inspect the house I was selling, I found a broken item in the kitchen sink. Not only did they not acknowledge it, but half attempted to clean it up to hide their tracks.
