If I tell you about the ny strip and how they have the best price in town for a whole roll, well...just leave me one please! So tender and fresh. They will trim the fat and cut them to whatever thickness you choose AND Wrap them up however you want. You want 2 steaks per pack? 4? 6? Its up to you!...I like inch thick, but I'll go just under if it squeezes me out an extra steak! Lol. Also they have this Amish milk that has some cream on top..so good, the iced coffee and chocolate milk such a treat!

I had heard rave reviews about their beef, specifically their standing rib roasts ( a roast with bones, sometimes called prime rib, but that's not really accurate). It is very difficult to find a standing rib roast at any time other than Christmas from any butcher. I called before and asked if they had standing rib roasts and was told "yes, every day, just come in and we'll cut it for you".
