They do not ship orders on time. My son has been without supplies he needs that are imperative to his life for a week and no one seems to know who messed up the paperwork and it goes on. Its a bad company. I do not recommend them.
A&A has been more than wonderful with us. Helped us with repair our first chair, when Medicare & Medicaid wouldnt. When we were able to get another one, we were able to get them again! Any repairs they’re here for us! I would highly recommend A & A.
Absolutely horrible! Do not recommend this place to anyone you know or care about. They replaced the wheels on my wheelchair and did not tighten everything so my wheel fell off!!! And I was driving the chair when it happened!! They deserve negative stars!!!!
