Was told insurance would pay and I'd receive my supplies every 3 months had to call and they always had an excuse said insurance paid slow
Went in today to get help getting my daughter a shower chair that will work in your new tub where we have moved. I thought they could customize what I needed. He gave me no guidance and only spoke if I had questions. Not one positive thing did he say. Seemed lol ke he was in a hurry to be done with me.I asked if insurance paid. Not a customized chair. Asked if I could pay the difference. No. Said I could not get what I wanted and good luck.i was really disappointed and had been hopeful they would at least try to help.
Update: No members of upper management have reached out. We still have not received supplies. I was able to call and get a tracking number that says they *should* be here today. After we were promised they would be here no later than Wednesday. We were told we would be called if there were any changes to the expected delivery, but that didn't happen either. I want to thank the staff at A&A Home Health especially Cody and Ms. Debbie. My son received equipment and supplies from you for years but he passed away this January. Cody was always kind and helpful with the different equipment Joshua needed. Ms. Debbie was always kind as well when ordering supplies. Thank you for being there when we needed you.
I've tried to make an appointment for a week now. I keep getting told that the guy will "call me back" yet here I am, three phone calls later with no appointment. I find it unbelievable that the ladies at the front desk are unable to give me an appointment time.
