Horrible Customer Service and failed to ever show up after lying to me for a week. I've never written a bad review before, but I felt this was important to share. Requested service on an AC unit when it was 90 degrees outside and it quickly became 85 degrees inside my house. While I can live with the temperature, the fact that I have an 8 month son and 2 year old daughter, makes the temperature of my home more important to me.
