We had this guy over to our house in the past few days to fix our AC problem and we thought he was going to take care of this problem. He was even referred to us by a friend and he would not tell our friend why he is now refusing to replace our air conditioning unit. My wife has major issues with the summer heat and humidity and we were counting on this guy to do his job. None of us have any idea what his problem is. Needless to say, I would look elsewhere for an air conditioning firm and avoid this one like the plague.
