I needed to replace my 23 year old HVAC system. Trent came out within a few days. He was very nice, friendly and professional. He explained everything the new system required. The estimate was emailed to me the next day and was much lower than the other 2 estimates I received. The installers were on time, courteous and professional. They took the time to explain the process, install new units add a duct and remove the old units. The crew was conscientious and diligent. I highly recommend A&A heat and air.
Exceptional service. The owner, Trent, is knowledgeable in his product and treated us well. Any questions or concerns we had on our new unit were addressed immediately. He has a group of super technicians who performed their job with efficiency. Jacob, Brandon, Brian and Buster were all "johnies on the spot", easy going, as well as kind and gentlemanly to me. Walter and I both recommend this family owned business and give them the highest rating possible.
Top Notch service! Everyone is kind, professional, my Ac was having trouble for 4 years since install! I cant say enough about the service we received all around. This company deserves 10 stars. This is the longest my AC has worked since installed by another company and it is surviving the hot days! so grateful for this company! Great pricing!
A&A Heating and Air provided excellent service to me recently. The receptionist was very friendly and promptly scheduled a time for a tech to visit my residence. The tech arrived on time and performed the necessary maintenance. He took the time to explain everything that was done. The price for service was very fair and I will definitely call them again if my heat pump system needs attention!
