Jaylyn and Micah did an excellent job installing a mini-split in our bedroom. Both were extremely courteous and professional. Cleanliness is important to me and they had no problem insuring that they kept my home clean throughout the process. They completed the job in 4 hours and did a great job. This was the easiest and most stress free thing I have ever gotten done to a home. This company is top notch.
Our AC unit was acting up and we were suddenly without air as afternoon temps soared and we were expecting out-of-town guests. We called A&A and techs Brian and Brody saved the day by effectively diagnosing the issue, ordering correct part installing late on a Friday, just before our out-of-towners landed. They were super professional and knowledgeable and fully understood our urgency to provide what we felt was above and beyond service. Staying cool thanks to A&A!
We had an excellent experience with A&A Heating and Air, from their initial assessment to carrying out the work. They were professional throughout the entire process. They put in a new system, were reasonably priced, and have a good warranty.
I’m very happy with what they did for me. Everyone on the installation crew was prompt, polite, and knew what they were doing. They worked great as a team and got my system in in a day. It was all done eatly. I am quite happy, and I would use them again – and intend to.
I needed to replace my 23 year old HVAC system. Trent came out within a few days. He was very nice, friendly and professional. He explained everything the new system required. The estimate was emailed to me the next day and was much lower than the other 2 estimates I received. The installers were on time, courteous and professional. They took the time to explain the process, install new units add a duct and remove the old units. The crew was conscientious and diligent. I highly recommend A&A heat and air.
