Tim came out for our winter furnace checkout today, was friendly, prompt, (and gave no high-pressure sales pitches!). No problems found today, so not expensive (though our furnace *is* getting near the end of its expected lifespan). AA seems to be a good place.
So.. I'm waiting to hear back from Chad / AA Heating and Air Conditioning this morning. I have to start back at December of last year when I called several companies to come out to check my furnace. A large commercialized company came out and told me I needed a new furnace due this one was "gone". I had AA come out and Chad discovered a wire the other "large" company must have missed or I believe disconnected. Chad told me he would feel safe with his family with this furnace at that time. Excellent service ! Chad was the most knowledgeable furnace guy we've ever run into! Should also mention that he was very reasonably priced compared to other companies - Highly recommend you get your furnace serviced by this guy!
