You may want to give the person who calls your clients some lessons in how to do so. She called me (wrong number) when I answered she was talking to someone and not paying attention to who she was calling. Ignored me when I said hello a few times. Then said "do you want us to come fix the glass on your shower today?" (again, this was the wrong number). I was given an estimate of $400 plus dollars for work to be done on my doors. This miserable company kept the doors over six months; when we finally went to pick the doors up the bill was almost a $1,000. Reason? We were told that we RUSHED them. They do not return phone calls, and just plain lie their way through business. I would strongly suggest avoiding them at all costs; too many other reputable companies out there that still exercise a strong ethical business practice.
AA Glass has done several jobs for us. They designed a beautiful walk-in shower and most recently made a minor repair to our guest bath shower door. They are great to work with, are courteous and very professional.
A glass panel from my dining room light fell and broke. I have spent a long time looking for a replacement panel without any luck. Finally, I heard about AAGlass at 2920 Dr. Martin Luther King St. No, St. Petersburg. (727-822-4400) They cut a panel for me, but it is expensive. Had I known about them, they could have repaired the broken panel using ultraviolet light. Unfortunately, the broken panel was tossed out long ago. Joanne Hannon
