My cousin in England ordered from their website for delivery Christmas Eve to my 93 yo mother. They were never received and cousin emailed and was told they just had too many orders but would refund her money. She never received and I have called on her behalf innumerable times without any results and have left messages that aren’t returned. Do not order anything online from them! Apparently they have gone out of business. Took my order and money on Sunday for an arrangement for a funeral to be delivered Tuesday for viewing. Flowers never arrived. Answering service is unaware of the fact they closed. Drive up there to find a sign in door that they have closed. Unbelievable!
I received the most beautiful arrangement from my friend who lives in Elmhurst, IL. She talked with A&A about what I liked and they really came through. Just perfect.
