AA Auto fixed problems caused by others. I made the mistake of taking my car to Jiffy Lube for an Oil change. JL used improper gaskets on drain plug and filter. Car started leaking oil the day after the JL service. Took it back to JL and they claimed there was no problem and the leaking was just residual oil left in the undercarriage they forgot to wiper off. LIE!! Car still leaked oil. Took it to AA Auto. What’s there to say; AA service is the best shop I have ever been to. Cliff, Chris and their technical staff are the best in the auto business. I am always pleased with their expertise, honesty and pristine customer service. I have recommended this shop to several colleagues and they were treated with the same level of professionalism.
AA Auto was a pleasure to work with and quickly analyzed and fixed my Escape without trying to up sell to repairs that were not needed. Since they were so honest I had them do some upcoming maintenance at the same time!

They explain what needs to be done and why and make sure all my questions are answered. On top of that, I have no worries about the quality of the work. I can even see the broken or worn parts that were replaced. Plus, I leave with a sparkly clean car. :)
