We bought brand new doors for almost $5,000. They install the doors with the wrong glass at first around and when they came back to change the glass, they cracked it. It took amount 2 month and a review but they offer replace after communication with Randy at no charge. They had the best price around. Would definitely consider doing business again if the time call for it. I however do not wish for that since that would involve our store being broken in again.

They offer to exchange the cracked glass for $300 eventhough they should be responsible to replace since their installer cause the crack. Door Resources is an awesome company to work with. They always have experienced technicians and Arturo was no exception. He is an awesome representative of the company.
I have used Door Resources several times and always been happy with the service and pricing. Today, the customer service by Arturo Moreno was some of the best I have seen in any industry. Ontime, great attitude and even explained what I can do if there is an issue going forward.
