I have dealt and supported Alex and his beauty supply store for many years. I purchased a $350 clipper that has a two year warranty less than two years ago and when I returned it to be fixed or replaced Alex was only going to give me a credit of $200 (apparently because that’s what he got from Dannyco) That would be like me selling someone a shampoo for $30 and when they returned it, I just gave them the wholesale price of which I paid.
