Woman working at this business is rude, rude, rude! We, too, got there just before closing and this woman acted like she couldn't be bothered. Great way to run a business, AA! You get an F! Stay away from this one!
Another satisfied customer – I think I worked with the woman that a couple reviewers are complaining about. She was, I guess, a bit terse on the phone, but very helpful and funny in a Don Rickles way. And when I went there, they were recommended by a State Farm agent, she was again very helpful and friendlier. I can't speak to others experiences, and I don't know the person I worked with, but I enjoyed working with her and I'd recommend A-A to everyone.
One of the ruddest people I have ever met – Last Thursday I must encountered the same rude person at Stephay 7474. I went into the business at 5:37 PM to transfer title of my ppop up camper over to the couple who just bought it. After about a minute a woman came out an "greeted" us by saying we did not have time to transter the title today. I mentioned they advertise being open until 6 and she shot back : "Well, I have to leave by 5:50 so we can't do it today". Thanks for the Help – During a visit to AA Auto Tag and Title, I was confronted with the fact that in some circumstances, the PENN DOT requires a duplicate title to be requested directly from the Harrisburg Office. Although this was bad news representing a couple of hour drive, the nice woman running the office did give me the full story as to why in my curcumstance this might be required. Thanks for the help
Horrible customer service! – I just called in to the Title Services department to inquire about get some information about how to get a copy of my driving record for license renewal and the old lady I spoke with was extremely snippy and rude. She made it seem as if I was wasting her time or that I was annoying her. She was a miserable old lady! I would NEVER do business with A-A Auto Tag & Title!!!!
