I called customer service and ‘John’ was extremely rude. He told me to go to my local branch. I told him I had already done that and they told me I HAD to call the 1-800 number. He abruptly put me on an eternal Hold and after 14 min I hung up. Don’t even know WHY he dumped me on hold. I do remember the days when helpful folks were employed there. I didn’t get any helpful direction at all!!! Now ... not sure what to do.
