User BEWARE!!!!!!!!! This company was used to do an appraisal on my house. My house is a 2 story, brick front, 5 bedroom house, fully updated with granite, new vanity, NEW Pergo Timber Craft flooring, 600 sqft deck, of which, 336 sqft is screened with a 2 year old hot tub. The house sits on a cul-de-sac lot with almost a 1/2 acre. This company thought it would be an awesome idea to use multiple, basic, 3 bedroom homes as some of the comp's.
