Customer service not good or helpful at all. The wrong part was ordered and now the correct part is back-ordered until April. The no refund policy is definitely bad for business. Obviously customer service isn’t your priority when you will lie to make a sale.

Great customer service and great products. My freezer was down and there tech walked me through it on what was wrong and how to fix. Ordered part with them had it next day. Freezer running like a champ now. Thanks A&A
