This is a subcontractor for Whirlpool, calls me at 8 pm the night before and demands I be ready with paperwork and receipts for when I bought my fridge. Again, this is a “Whirlpool subcontractor” my warranty is with Whirlpool not this contractor, Whirlpoool told them to come service my fridge under warranty, I didn’t ask them for anything, why do I owe them anything?
