Heriberto came out promptly and gave a reasonable estimate. However, he struggles with professionalism - pressured me to give him the work when I was clear about getting additional estimates. He completed the job quickly without damaging other property but he finished while I was at work. He began pressuring me to complete payment (only $800 of $5800) payment due on the day the job ended. They claim they do cat rescues! This is a FALSE claim. I have a video of them making a cat fall out of a tree. They showed up with only climbing gear and a reusable shopping bag and was up the tree before we could even ask questions. Had no plan for if that cat was to fall. If they would have had a cat net or the right tools this cat would be home safe but instead it is now lost. Not even a sorry. Last things they said to me was your never going to find that cat.
We had a tree fall on the corner of our house one morning during a recent storm. I called EC Tree Service and they sent someone out almost immediately. He provided a very fair price to remove the tree and grind the stump. Even better, they were able to start the work that same day! They had the tree removed by 5pm, and returned the next day to grind out the stump. Superb service.
Responsive!! Called up and they came out for a proposal that same day, out by end of same week to trim trees back. Did a great job, very thorough. Highly recommended!
