Too many fees I called around and got many rate quotes. This agency quoted me one thing but with many hidden fees. I found the same insurance for less with an agent that didn't add on extra fees.
Misleading I have been a member of AAA for years and I thought this was AAA Insurance. It turns out that they were just using AAA's name to be listed first in the phone book! I feel like this is misleading and I'm sure I was not the first to be confused.
