Lacks professionalism Its OK, but I've been to a friendlier environment. This place lacks professionalism. When you first walk into the place, they rush you and are kind of overbearing. If you have natural hair and coarse hair, you sort of get punished and they charge more due to that fact. You have to negotiate your cost and they talk about you in French or African language.
