REMARKABLE customer service, very knowledgeable, very affordable (which is SO HARD to find these days). And actually managed to fix our heater! We have a very OLD boiler system in our home, they managed to find a magic part, which I'm sure wasn't easy, to get us through the winter and we are forever grateful!
