I am local property manager and have had to deal with numerous service providers. I call 24 Hour Door after they were suggested by a colleague. They promptly scheduled service for later that afternoon. The technician, John was very well versed in commercial doors and controlled access systems. He explained a few options available to achieve what we needed done. Surprisingly, he had all of the necessary parts and was able to perform the repair that day. I would recommend this company and especially the technician.

I would like to thank the technician for such an amazing job. He called my cell not 20 minutes after I placed the call and we discussed a time when he could look at my garage door. Not only did he show up when he said, but he was very knowledgeable about the problem. Finally, a service tech who not only explains why the opener failed but also the different options available to repair or replace. I have used other garage door companys in the past. I called on a Friday evening and the phone call was answered by a live person. They offered to come out immediately but I asked them to come Saturday morning instead. The technician, John, called me approximately 10 minutes later and we decided on a 9 am time.
