Our door had to get fixed ASAP because of our business. They did not give us a proper quote before replacing our two hinges even though we asked multiple times (Only one hinge had to be replaced btw). Simply only mentioned service fee, hourly fee, and “parts.” Even sent an email with clear photos of the situation, asking for a quote before they send their guy. No response. Charged us double. Technician from 24 Hour Door quoted me $900.00+ dollars to replace 2 hinges. Their competition quoted me $250.00 initially, then $125.00 upon further inspection. Shop around!! I'm glad I did.
Total life savers! They showed up quicker than quoted and got my garage door working better than it ever has. Very reasonable and the tech took the time to show me where the problem was and how to keep it from happening again. Another company previously told me my only option was to buy a whole new door! Very pleased!
