I don’t think they are open anymore. Did great work when they were open. Don’t take calls anymore at all when I reach out. Got a busy signal tonight repeatedly.
Refuses to pay for equipment. Blocks numbers so they don't have to pay. If you use their services be wary of the type of people they are.

I appreciate each and every one of you for the discerning eye to notice the care and little things to make a job complete, and correct, and of obvious value.
We've used A-1 for a few years, and the technician Steven is always polite and knows what he's doing. He's very thorough in checking over our system, and communicates with us everything we may need or can hold off on. We will continue to use A-1 for as long as we have a need for A/C.
