The actual work was very well done. However, communication was extremely poor; a project which should have taken 3 weeks, took 3 months. Initial response was great, but after that I had to push to have my house serviced and a subsequent visit to work towards completion took place without my knowledge. For the final clean up, it took 3 months for someone to contact me. I had pretty much given up and forgotten about the job.
