A1 Waterproofing came recommended to me by a friend who also used them to waterproof her crawl space. I was getting a little bit of water in one corner of my unfinished basement. I had ***** come out to look at the issue a year ago, and was advised to clean out my gutters and to put the Dry-Loc sealant on the walls - which I did. A-1 Waterproofing did an excellent job at my home and the staff were professional and knowledgeable. They were able to detect a plumbing issue that insurance restoration company overlooked. Their quote included work that other companies excluded and their price was competitive. Two thumbs up for a company that takes pride in their work and treats their customers well.

They responded quickly to review damage, survey extent of mold, took pictures, and gave free estimate which was very reasonable. They helped communicate with my Home Insurance claims agent and was willing to get it done in a timely manner convenient to my schedule. Every employee was helpful throughout the process of remediation of mold under my house. I highly recommend them!

This company went above and beyond to do home inspection repairs for us when we sold our home. We were on a tight dead line and these guys were amazing. Brian and Jimmy were both excellent to work with and we HIGHLY recommend them for any moisture repairs. Very reasonable prices as well.

A few months ago we put our house up for sale. After getting a contract an inspector found an issue in our crawl space and suggested we have it looked at. After googling many companies we decided on A-1 Waterproofing due to its Better Business Rating and high recommendations from past customers. We are so happy we did! I had work on 2 crawlspaces. On 1 crawlspace Jimmie and the team encapsulated the crawlspace and it turned out great, immediately helped with the humidity/moisture/smell. This crawlspace looks so much better, the team did an excellent job on this crawlspace. The other crawlspace was a huge job because the they had to trench out an entire crawlspace through rock and put a sump pump in through entire rock.
