You have the funniest lady working for you! The Lady who dose you commercial's is a riot! Love your fabrics also.
Took my vacuum in for repairs, they called and said it was finished. Went and picked it up took it home and tried to vacuum. But the same problem, called them and they said it hadn't been fixed at all . So I waited until it was fixed in their store before leaving.
Took my Dyson to be cleaned. Was told I needed a new clutch and beater brush. Fine. When I picked it up, the exhaust housing was broken, which was not when I dropped it off initially. It's been a week without my vacuum while waiting for parts. Got a call today that it was fixed and I could pick it up. It's not fixed. It's jerry-rigged with screws to hold the piece (that broke while in THEIR possession) together. VERY unhappy customer. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
I took my sewing machine in for a service and was told it would be ready for pick up. The machine had not even been started when I went to pick it up. I was a bit disappointed. They didn't even know I had already paid for the service and wanted to change me again. The gentleman who assisted me today apologized and advised he would have it ready for me the next day. I decided on a fair rating because the people at A1 are nice and they have a decent selection of fabric.
