We were really impressed by the expertise and customer service. Delightful family owned and run business and we enjoyed our interactions. We watched the technician strip down, diagnose, and replace needed parts like a ninja. Vacuum is working great now. Labor and parts were very reasonably priced and they had everything we needed even for a pretty old vacuum cleaner.
Took our older vacuum in for poor suction issues and motor overheating. Expected it to be a process and likely drop off. Russ was in the shop and took the vacuum and immediately ran through all of the parts and testing each one to find the issue. Ended up with an issue in the filters and he got them switched out right there and we were able to take the vacuum home. Russ, dad to the owner Gina, was wonderful! He answered my questions via phone and I cruised right in. He confirmed with the technician that my lightweight old Shark vacuum hose could be fixed, sourced HEPA- filters at a great price within seconds. The shop was immaculately clean, well-lit with many professional-grade vacuums for sale. I was o.k. with the price because I really like the weight of my old vacuum and a newer upright model I bought at a big box store was unpleasantly mediocre.
