Took my Vacuum Cleaner to this shop it had issues with base brush and rubber bands. They opened my vacuum they literally show that the brush was totally damaged instead of just replacing the rubber bands and brush the only replaced rubber and they charged me 20 dollars. Reaching home the same issues repeated itself. Poor quality customer service. I will definitely ask my refund back

I had been researching vacuums for months. We knew we were ready to spent more for one that would last. I am so happy we went to A.1. They demonstrated what the vacuums did, answered our questions, and were very generous with the sale. I am comfortable spending more on a vacuum of quality especially knowing A1 is a Meile servicer if it needs repair in the future. Will absolutely go back and highly recommend.
