I had been hunting for replacement brush strips for my late 1940’s Hoover model 61 for awhile as I had one fail on me. This is a nearly extinct set of parts to find in good shape let alone NOS like they had. Saw the listing on their website and I gave them a call to verify if they even had it in stock as I had called a few places that had a listing but no parts. We were really impressed by the expertise and customer service. Delightful family owned and run business and we enjoyed our interactions. We watched the technician strip down, diagnose, and replace needed parts like a ninja. Vacuum is working great now. Labor and parts were very reasonably priced and they had everything we needed even for a pretty old vacuum cleaner.
Took our older vacuum in for poor suction issues and motor overheating. Expected it to be a process and likely drop off. Russ was in the shop and took the vacuum and immediately ran through all of the parts and testing each one to find the issue. Ended up with an issue in the filters and he got them switched out right there and we were able to take the vacuum home.
