Absolutely worth a trip out, they'll answer questions and let you demo a vacuum. I've been in a few times and the cost straightforwardness, customer service, and business integrity is through the roof. You don't find businesses with this kind of honesty and customer satisfaction often. I will be going here for repairs and bags until I turn to dust.
A-1 Vacuum in Roseville is the absolute best! They are so knowledgeable and friendly and honest. I called to inquire about purchasing a new high-end vacuum and they ended up asking what was wrong with my old vacuum, and then suggested I bring it in to see if they could fix it! Which I did, and now my old vacuum works perfectly for a fraction of what I would’ve spent on a new one! Love this kind of small business integrity. Support this place!
