*very bad service * Horrible service in front desk * very bad attitude don't try to help * they tried to charge me a bill that was already paid by my insurance, thank god I call my medical insurance at that moment and they clarified everything. To bad i don't come back there are other better places around
Same as others, bad service and no insurance coverage after saying yes on the phone. Signage in the place said cash only pointing to the ATMs in the shopping plaza. This is not, at all usable for for out of country. Advanced Urgent Care does accept out of country, SOS travel Insurance, etc. Good alternative.
Doc gone before 2..... Very sick. Under 100lbs almost 70. Nothing. No goodbye, where to go total lack of concept
Urgent care run on their own schedule in the keys, meaning they are no open on weekends or after hours. Dr. Rae office was fast to see me and staff was wonderful.
