The absolute worse in customer relation with John, as well as EXTREMELY shoddy work. Chair cushion fell apart, literally came apart after 6 months of use in dinning room. Hardly ever used. Took back and the owner, John,response could give me was that the seamstress had moved and HE would have to pay someone to fix them! I wish I could give him minus 5 stars! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
Cero stars will be better. Worst customer service ever. They don't listen what you want.
