Jerry and team did I think 3 tree trimmings/cuttings for me. On the 3rd, Jerry represented that he didn't know that one of his guys dropped a limb that broke a storm window, and the window behind it. After asking about this, Jerry suggested that $20 would cover the damage. We agreed on withholding $200 and they would fix the damage, and then get paid that $200 once it was fixed.
