Time-waster We went there to look at a specific car model. After about 15 minutes of telling the salesperson the model we wanted to test-drive, and talking to him as he tried to interest us in other models, we finally asked directly if he was going to let us test-drive the car we were interested in or not. Only then did we find out they didn't even have the car we were interested in on the lot. A big waste of time.
NO PRESSURE I hate looking at cars. Car dealers pressure you until you want to scream. So it was great to find a dealer that just showed you a car and answered questions and sends information every once in a while. They accepted that we aren't ready to buy yet, really meant that. What a pleasure to deal with them.
You're the Best A-1!!! We have purchased 3 cars from A-1 over 10 years and have always gotten a better deal there than at any Toyota dealership in Westchester County, NY. Each of the Camrys we bought and had serviced at A-1 went 140,000+ miles without a problem. Our latest purchase was a Prius and it was delivered for the price quoted, was ready on the day promised, no specials were applied to jack up the price, and we continue to service it at A-1 despite living over an hour away. great place to buy a car I have bought three cars from A-1 Toyota, and I will continue to go back. I worked with Paul, the salesman, all three times. He was very friendly and listened to my needs. I didn't have to haggle about prices which was great because they use the "best price" philosophy. I have recommended a-1 to my family and friends, so I definitely would suggest you check them out.
