One star is too many. Lauri is extremely rude. I would never do business with a company that she owns or for which she works.
Had the pleasure of draining my Tesla battery completely in Sherman TX making my way from ES, ARK to D, TX. The only thing rewarding about this experience was Lauri. I phone 3 or 4 other services (google search top) with NO LUCK. There were no answers, delays and of course all workers were attending an accident. A1 Towing was the only towing service to Save me on a rainy, cold Monday morning.
